In the extremely rare event (under 0.01% of all shipments) that an unforeseen freight disruption causes transit to exceed 60 days, we will issue a complete 100% refund immediately. Should the original package show up afterward, you may keep the entire shipment at zero cost.
For All Other International Destinations:
Shipments heading to locations outside our core selected list typically clear in standard times, but may occasionally take 35 to 45 days based on local regional customs protocols. Every package is issued a universal tracking ID. If your transit time extends past 100 days, we provide a full refund or arrange a prompt replacement using an alternate freight carrier—your choice. If the original parcel delivers after the refund is cleared, it remains entirely yours to keep.

If your shipping address is in one of the countries specified below, please input the required tax or personal identification number into the Order Notes / Delivery Instructions field during checkout:

Notice for Smooth Delivery: Local customs agencies match this ID against the recipient's legal name on the label before release. Omission or mismatch may lead to parcel retention or return by customs, resulting in avoidable delays.
